1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Smart Reno website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement.

2. Quotations and Pricing

All promotional prices, including "Value Pack" and "Most Popular" BTO packages, are subject to site measurement and final design confirmation. Upfront estimates provided via our website or initial consultation are indicative. A binding contract is only formed upon signing the formal renovation agreement.

3. Payment Terms and Deposits

Payment schedules are strictly milestone-based (e.g., 10% upon confirmation, 40% upon commencement of hacking/masonry, 40% upon carpentry installation, 10% upon final handover). Smart Reno is not currently CaseTrust accredited, and deposits are therefore not covered by the CaseTrust deposit protection scheme.

4. HDB and BCA Compliance

Homeowners are responsible for securing the necessary town council permits where applicable, though our project managers will assist with HDB permit applications for hacking and structural works. We reserve the right to refuse work that violates structural safety regulations.

5. Warranties

We provide a standard 12-month warranty covering workmanship defects and materials supplied directly by Smart Reno, commencing from the date of practical completion and handover. Wear and tear, or damages caused by third-party vendors hired by the homeowner, are excluded.
