Smart Reno complies fully with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) of Singapore. We collect personal data (such as your name, contact number, email, and floor plans) solely for the purpose of providing accurate renovation quotations and executing contracted services.

2. Use of Information

Your information is used to facilitate communication regarding your renovation inquiry, schedule site visits, process payments, and update you on project milestones. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to third parties.

3. Third-Party Sharing

We may share necessary data (such as your residential address) with trusted third-party subcontractors (e.g., licensed electricians, plumbers, or custom carpenters) strictly for the execution of your renovation project. All subcontractors are bound by confidentiality agreements.

4. Data Security

We adopt appropriate data collection, storage, and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of your personal information and transaction data stored on our systems.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to request access to, or correction of, the personal data we hold about you. You may also withdraw consent for us to use your data for marketing purposes at any time by contacting our Data Protection Officer at privacy@smartreno.com.sg.
